Review: I absolutely love this cook book! It is my all time favorite. Recipes from pecan pie, to sweetpotatoe pie, to pizza, to chicken pot pie... A pie for every meal! The recipes are simple and so easy to do! I haven't made a pie that I didn't get grave reviews on. A must in every cooks kitchen.

Review: This cookbook is the most complete, yet unpretentious book I have seen in the 40+ years that I have used it. It is easy to use, no hype, no hard to get or expensive ingredients, and every recipie is superlative and time tested. The Maine Chicken Pie recipie and Pecan Pie alone should sell the book. I can't fill the orders I get when making for friends. Every possible type of pie is included. I am ordering out-of-print editions for my children and all my friends.
