Summary: This book is fantastic!
Review: This book is fantastic! It's simple, funny, and I really felt like I learned something. There's tons of great pictures showing how to prepare the food and it's so well explained that anyone can do it. Now I can cut up a chicken! I could never do that before. And it is SO funny. The front of the book is all about Joe Schipacci's childhood in Baltimore and how he learned to cook and shop. There's lots of characters and jokes but the best thing about it is that Cordon Blue Collar is the only cookbook that I've ever really USED. Do yourself a favor and pick up this book.
