Review: I collect cookbooks, and while I love them all, many include complicated recipes with ingredients not often on hand. Not this one... it's great food, but simple and easy.

This cookbook has recipes for many of your favorites, made with ingredients you have. The recipes are easy to follow, and the author includes tips for variations and hints for success. It's a great cookbook that you will reach for often.

I have made the Bourbon Marinated London Broil, Quesadillas, Slow-Cooked Ribs, Mexican Dip, and more. Many of the recipes are great for taking along to a party or entertaining too.

You can tell by reading the stories that the author has a love of cooking and family. It's entertaining as well as helpful.
