Review: Always searching for new and exciting recipes, I came across this gem last summer, this book has enhanced my holiday repitoire with a fabulous artichoke hors d'ourve that will have have your relatives over every Sunday. The recipe for Trio's sauce is a virtual corn o' copia for the taste senses! I cannot recommend this book enough! A must for the holidays.
