Summary: The Best Cookbook I Have Ever Had!
Review: My mother-in-law recently gave me this cookbook and, since then, I have used it almost every day. At this point I have tried about half of the recipes and they are all superb. My husband and my dinner guests have been amazed at the quality of the food I have prepared. The instructions are easy to follow and include estimated preparation times. Suggested menus are strategically placed throughout the book, helping the novice know which dishes complement each other. The book is beautifully illustrated with color photographs of almost all of the finished dishes (so you know how they should be presented) and with photos of Greek landscapes. If I had to cook with just one cookbook the rest of my life, Greek Meze Cooking would be it!
