Review: If you are able to find a copy of this book, buy it, at least for a child who will be thankful for your courtesy when they discover all of its charm and benefits. With over twenty years experience as a professional chef, I have introduced my well worn copy to aspiring cooks of all ages. It is a wealth of information for all new cooks and it is to my dismay that I learn of it's being out of print.Bon appetit!
