Summary: Poorly Organized and Unimaginative...skip this one!
Review: First, this is not a book solely about parties for the Millennium. It is a book about party themes with a couple pages added to the front about the Millennium. Second, the attempt at a creative layout actually detracts from the book and makes it difficult to read. Lastly, the ideas are generally unimagineative. I read much of the book looking for any worthwhile idea for a party I am planning and found almost none. Not worth the money--try some of the other books out there. "The New Year's Eve Compendium" by Todd Lyon is better. Still not great, and doesn't have all of the color photos like this book, but it is at least informative and original.
