Review: I rated this book 5 stars because it is not snobbish nor is it only for the tres-chic cook. It's the cookbook for everyone! Very simple and easy to follow and the variations are amazing. Nothing was too salty or too sweet. The recipes were very well-tested because they were 'just right.' It takes boredom out of the usual repetitive meals. It's also a great gift idea! I gave it to a friend for a gift and she loves it too!
