Review: This book has never failed me. While most of the recipes are simple to prepare, they often combine ingredients in delicious ways that I would not have thought of myself. It has been the source of many excellent everyday meals and celebratory meals, as well. I would highly recommend it, particularly to those who may be new to vegetarian cooking, or looking for vegetarian recipes that aren't too exotic or "crunchy".
