Review: As an American, it is difficult to find good Chinese food in resturants or books that can teach you how to make quality food at home. This book is no less than the Bible of Chinese cooking. I first came across this book at my friends house. He was given it as a gift years ago. He said it was found in an out of print store and he hasn't seen it anywhere since. Hopefully it will come back into print. Hopefully this review will help. If there is enough customers out there demanding it, surely they will bring it back for another run. If you are looking for a book to teach or help enhance your wok experience, this is the key tool you will need.

Review: If you love Chinese cooking, this sequel book delivers. As in the first book by Madame Wong, the instructions, ingredients and culture of Chinese cooking is so simplified that even my children have no trouble cooking it. We think the recipes in this book are better than many Chinese restaurants and so easy to prepare. I truly have never found another Chinese cookbook that can rival the Madame Wong books. It is definitely worth the search to secure a copy for yourself.
