Review: I have followed the career of Ian McAndrew from the release of his first book a "feast of fish" which was superb. "Poultry and Game" follows in the footsteps of his first book but what's more important than just about anything is all of his recipes work!! which in this overbloted world of culinary cookbooks is amazing !
