Review: Once I heard a food professional writer comment that if she reviewed a cookbook and found three recipes she wanted to try it was a successful book. With this book it would be difficult to find three recipes you would not want to try. The fresh and imaginative recipes are easy to follow with many taking 30 minutes or less to prepare. Every recipe is illustrated in glorious color. The book is in a large ring binding that opens flat for kitchen convenience. Many of the recipes are vegetarian.
