Review: I found this book excellent. First, the presentation is incredible, with one picture for every recipe. These pictures are recent an with vivid colors, giving the reader (and cook) an idea of the dish they will prepare. Also, every recipe contains tips about ingredients or procedures.

This book doesn't give the reader a whole collection of recipes, but gives enough variety of colors, ingredient combination and tastes. I strongly recommend this book for rice lovers and rice cooks.
