Review: I got this book as a gift last year. I needed a book packed with smoothie recipes for making drinks after my workouts. This book has it all - nutrition information about fruits & vegetables, recipes for smoothies (both sweet & savory), and they're SO easy to make. The book is also full of color photographs of these smoothies. I loved the gift!
