Review: When I first looked through this book, the recipes looked a bit involved, but I later realised it was all too easy. There are some great recipes, especially desserts, and they all turn out well, just like the pictures. The recipes are just that bit fancy and would be great to impress guests at dinner parties. The book is probably not suitable for those looking for quick, basic meals. A bit of work is needed to get these recipes looking like their pictures, but I think it is all worth it.
