Review: A very large book that is full of good recipes that are not geared for the common household. Most of these recipes will require out of the ordinary ingredients that will only get the one time use and then sit in the cabinet until you forgot what it was even used for. Some of the preparation is really only practical if you have a big dedicated work area like the professionals have set up for them on their tv shows.
