Summary: Best put together cookbook ever!
Review: This cookbook is arranged great! The recipes are really gourmet, but easy enough for the novice. Plus I have enjoyed reading about all the restaurants he has worked in or owned. My collection cookbooks is in the hundreds, but I think this one of the very best!!!

Rating: 5 stars

Summary: Detroit's cuisinier does good
Review: We Detroiters knew Famie before this whole "Survivor" thing, and we knew how great he was at making dishes that are works of art and speak of his passion. This book takes us through his entire career, with recipes from his years at Les Auteurs and the Durgano Grill (I miss that place ...), as well as what he discovered from his trips around the world. The photography is excellent, the descriptions and directions are easy to understand, and the whole book is a loving tribute to a man and his craft. For anyone who doubted his skills at cooking that certain Outback survival dish (hint: it's a four-letter word), this collection will prove you wrong. I can only hope Keith opens another restaurant in Detroit again. Bravo!
