Summary: 'Glorious Garlic'--More than just food for thought!
Review: Charlene A. Braida has pronounced one of my favorites as "glorious"--that's right--GARLIC! And this book she gives us just about everything we always wanted to know about garlic but were reluctant to ask!

Kudos to her! This recipe book is for the lovers of garlic and I have already found several of her recipes to be, in actuality, short of "divine"! My favorite main course garlic meal is her garlicky roast chicken (although I added even MORE than the 20 whole garlic cloves!). A second favorite entree is the coconut chicken for two.

For starters, try the dad's creamed zucchini and then on to a most delicous soup: gazpacho! (Ole!)

No garlic desserts, though!

Otherwise, bon apetit!
