Review: This book is worth the price for the Colorado Fruit Tart recipe alone. The avocado dip is really good too. I only gave it four stars because I tried the Hazelnut cheesecake and the Balsamic Scallops and they are only "ok". I intend to keep trying the recipes and will report in when I find other winners.

Review: This cookbook contain family favorites of Bob Bowersox. I like the family history associated with each recipe. The recipes are are great and seem easy to prepare (especially the Italian Wedding Soup). It is a collection of family favorites.
