Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Well worth it
Review: I purchased this book because I am of Scottish descent and also because I had just finished reading a book that was set in Scotland for about the 4th or 5th time and I was hungry.

The first recipe in this book is for Scotch Broth. It is an incredibly GOOD recipe! It's the kind of thing you would serve to someone who was sick in place of chicken noodle soup, or at least *I* would!

I liked the fact that both metric AND regular measurements were given. I didn't have to worry about what 450g was because they gave the non-metric measurement first and put the metric measurement in parentheses.

While I'm not brave enough to venture into eating Haggis, I will be making scones. It's definately worth it.

You can only do yourself a favor by buying this book.
