Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Food to keep you young - inside and out
Review: It was interesting to see good basic recipes which are not difficult to make and which also offer the taste sensations required by food lovers. The photographs also show how "ordinary" the food actually is, while still showing how delicious it looks. Based on both a vegetarian and a high fibre diet, the recipes also offer women the opportunity to stay away from a chemical solution to peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, while also meeting many of the recommended guidelines offered by health departments throughout the world. The recommendation made in the book that not every meal needs to conform for the benefits to be felt also allows flexibility in family lifestyles already established. A good read with great benefits.
