Review: Rarely have I bought a cookbook where nearly every recipe I try is great. The recipes are easy to follow and make good use of fresh herbs and spices; but recipes are not so spicy that older family members are uncomfortable two hours later! Everyone in the family seems to like everything I cook and we prepare them together! Get the whole family involved by asking them to snipe and chop the fresh herbs. You'll use lots of different kinds of pasta and may find yourself buying a pasta machine because fresh pasta makes these recipes even better. This cookbook is perfect for summer meals, lunch and dinner, when you have very little time to prepare. Most recipes take about 1/2 hour start to finish. And best of all, if some family members are trying to lose weight, this cookbook makes it worthwhile!
