Rating: Summary: Very helpful to the newly vegetarian cook w/ little time... Review: Cooking is something we all like to do when we have ample time. When starting out, I myself as a vegetarian, sometimes felt like I didn't have the time to prepare healthy meals. I didn't have access to a garden or health food market, so how could I ever get it together. This book helps you see that it can be a lot of fun to cook when you implement some of their tricks of the trade. Nothing, you probably hadn't thought of before, but no thinking required here, it is all layed out for you. I enjoyed reading this cookbook book with it's humorous approach to cooking vegetarian. I have tried many of the recipes (with readily available ingredients I might add)and enjoyed them thoroughly. Why, even my hubby liked the recipes too. I like the approach of the book so much I plan to try some of the other "Lazy Way" books in the series.
