Review: For the past four years I have exclusively used this book from May to October. The book is well organized with clear and concise instructions. The recipes balanced among the major meat groups. Also included is a section on grilling vegetables. Combining a hardcover with spiralbound pages is clever and practical in that it keeps the recipes safe but allows the book to remain easily open. I have recommended this book to several close friends.
