Summary: somewhat disappointing
Review: This is a fairly standard recipe journal. In terms of quality, however, it is extremely disappointing: the material used to construct the cover and the pages in between are not sturdy and absorb moisture very easily. When you're cooking, this makes for a horrific scene. This journal was wrapped in plastic so, I didn't know. There are a few other journals out there, particularly one made by Saveur, which I would consider looking at before purchasing this one.
