Review: This book was good. I found it for 50 cents at a Christian Bookstore. It wasn't a book I would normally buy, but it was cheap and I was feeling fatter than average. It is a great introcudtory book that helps you raise your social conscience and pleads for readers to let their Christian faith inform their approach to food. This means eating healthily, eating hospitabily, and showing due concern with what you are eating. The author is very green consicence so she questions animal cruelty in modern farming, and food pachaging. I honestly don't think much about that sort of stuff, so it was challenging.

The only problem I saw with the book is it was written in the early 1990's in Great Britan. It is a little dated and not my context. Thus some things did not apply. But it was still a worthwhile read
