Review: This has to be the best microwave cookbook I've ever owned. It's full of tips and tricks for all types of cooking. And I haven't hit a recipe that hasn't been a success. Having lived with only a microwave, toaster oven and single burner for a few years, this cookbook enabled me to use a microwave oven in ways my friends thought were impossible. Too bad it's out of print. Perhaps the author can be persuaded to produce another run.
