Review: my husband and i have prepared approximately one quarter of the recipes in this fantastic book, and they have all been great! none of the recipes are particularly hard to make; some of them are very quick and easy. the book presents a combination of simple fare, such as chili, steak sandwich with grilled onions, and sausage and rice soup, to more interesting dishes, such as lemon sesame chicken, pork medallions with pears, and a red pepper soup that is marvelous. outstanding value

Review: We've been throught this book many times after getting it at an "odd lot" store that was dumping it. On a lark and for only five bucks, it's turned out the be THE book for us. Now, 9 years after its publication, relatives are looking for copies and the just don't exist!
