Rating: Summary: Recipes For Romance Review: I am one of those fortunate people who have the opportunity to travel a lot. The one book that I take with me wherever I go is "Recipes For Romance" by Ian Jamieson. Also known as "The LOnely Chef". This is one of the most unusual, informative and funniest cook books I have ever read. I love it! Besides having some great receipes there are some courting tips, romantic poems, excerpts from a personal diary to do with dating (hilarious) and all sorts of great tips.I love this man. I have had an opportunity to see his cooking show many times and he puts all the other television chefs to shame. It's not that he has superior skills, (although I am sure he would tell you differently) it's because he has a love of life, romance and his philosophy of using food for romance. He also has an infectious laugh that drives me crazy and this wonderful sense of humour comes through in the book. You laugh with him rather than at him. I recommend this book with every ounce of my being. Read it and you will be seduced by this man. He has seduced me and that's why I always carry it with me. If I ever have the chance to meet the author I hope he can show me some of his smooth moves and maybe, just maybe, we can turn the heat up in the kitchen and create something special. I can't wait for the next book!
Rating: Summary: recipes for romance Review: This is one of the best and most humorous books I have every read. It is full of great recipes but where it differs is in the humor. Full of dating tips, poems and quips the book will have you in tears when you are trying to prepare a meal. I love this guy he makes my day.
