Review: Disappointed buying this book as 2/3 of this book is with tables, basic bor5ing pictures of for example place a coffee cup on a table. As a "training Outline" as described in the title it was too basic every school book will give a hospitality student better and more information and guideline. As a professional in the hospitality industry I thought of purchasing a tool for me to use.... So for experienced hospitality personal it is not the right book rather for someone who has no idea of the business and would like to get some information and help.
