Review: This is the best book ever written on BBQ. Authors Rich Davis (of K.C. Masterpiece BBQ sauce)and Shifra Stein have created the ALL AMERICAN BBQ BIBLE. It is simply a collection of BBQ recipes from the Midwest, Southwest, Southeast and South. Methods are clearly explained so even the most novice of the BBQ will delight in the results. Many mouth-watering side dish recipes are covered, such as sweet potato pie, many unique coleslaw and potato salads, several types of beans and cornbread. Desserts are also to-die-for! Anyone who likes Huckleberries will love this book. Huckleberry pancakes, muffins, cobblers, jelly, pie, bread and coffee cake! The Bread pudding, Cinnamon rolls and Caramel Pie get special mention. Do yourself a favor and find this book. It should be re-published so many more can enjoy and really learn to BBQ.
