Summary: Buy This to Make Your Food to Look as Good As It Tastes!
Review: Finally! A book that helps you make the most out of what you're serving with solid advice on "presentation"; creative advice and options for presenting food layout, color, etc. The beginning of the book talks you through design principles (how to lay things out, color considerations, etc.), the second part talks through possibilities for individual foods (roasts, pies, potatoes, soup), and the final part is about table layout. Full of illustrations, that make you think,"Wow! Why didn't I ever think of that? It would make my look so much better, and it only takes 2 minutes to do!")

No "apple swans" or "cutsie" stuff. Most of it is simple to do, but worthy of the time you put into making your dish.
