Review: I borrowed this book and enjoyed it so much I have to buy it for myself! The Cherry Amaretto Preserves caught my eye first. Then I spotted the Honeyed Lemon Poppy Seed Jelly. The chapter on making your own beauty products includes some wonderful herbal shampoos and easy hand creams and lip balm! Other than stocking up on essential oils, these are made from ingredients you'll have around the house. And they use modern methods for old fashioned results. Delightful!
