Review: I love this book. The double chocolate chip muffins are the best I've ever tasted. The range of recipes go from simple to a little more involved. There is every type of cuisine in this book. I use this book alot and all the recipes turn out well. The pork chops avesnoise got rave reviews and so did tomato duxelle. There are so many good recipes in this book but there is one draw back. There are no pictures. The recipes for the most part aren't difficult so for most people this wouldn't be a problem. 1000 recipes that are mostly great and for a good price. Who can complain?
