Review: This book has transformed my social cooking into the 'legendary' category. Everything from Arabian cooking to true Carolina BBQ is wonderfully explained. The book is a leisure read in the kitchen and Leslie's writing style demonstrates a warm, wonderful appreciation for life. I couldn't recommend another cookbook more.
