Review: This cookbook is wonderful and has recipes for all the comfort foods a tummy desires, including pot roast, meatloaf and macaroni & cheese! It also has directions for side dishes to accompany the entrees. I have used alot of the recipes and everything came out great!

Review: This is a wonderful cookbook to give those just
starting out. It contains good ole American comfort
food. Everyone I have given it to just loves this book!
(Of course, its not exactly a book for vegetarians.)
I esp. like the roast meat section. Most general topic
cookbooks aren't that great on the subject, but
this book provides fantastic (and easy!) roast
chicken, leg of lamb and sirlon recipes.
