Review: this woman is a genius , this book , if you own no other of hers is simply a'MUST HAVE' , I can honestly say her recipes are easy to follow with stunning results.Try her smoked haddock lasagne (you don't even have to like fish to enjoy) She completely strips away the myths of 'having to eat meat and two veg. to feel as though you have eaten a square meal.
Josceline has been a complete gastronomic insperation to me , and I owe many a successful dinner party to her wonderful writing.
If you like food and you're not afraid to mix and match unconventional assortments of flavours , with fantastic results , then give this lady a try !

Summary: A Beautiful, Different Vegetarian Cookbook
Review: What a lovely book this is! You won't find any boring, super-skinny recipies here. The author clearly loves food and her travels around the world have contributed to the variety of the recipies. If you want to find some very different but not impossible to make meals, check this book out. You don't have to be a fanatical health nut and deprive yourself of taste! I have made several meals from this book: a tomato and basil tart, chicken breasts in sun-dried tomato sauce, vietnamese chicken noodle hotpot....and more. They were all excellent and easy. The photos in the book are beautiful, as well. Of all the vegetarian books I own, I think this is one of my very favorites.
