Review: This book is the highlight of my large collection of books on cooking and various cheeses from around the world. I first recieved this book as a gift, and was not ENTIRELY thrilled with it, but after careful examintaion, I have come to love it! The wonderful descriptions of the cheeses helps me to decide exactly which delicious dairy product I am going to use in my recipes. I have also come to appreciate learning about my ingredients before using them in cooking, dairy products especially. The pictures made shopping for cheese a breeze! I recommend this to anyone!
