Summary: A New England Must!
Review: I borrowed this book from my library since no one else had checked it out, and now it's on my Wish List! I'm NOT a great cook but I love seafood and I found the recipes to be pretty fast and straightforward. The section on Asian ingredients with photos is very helpful. We've especially liked the maple-ginger salmon and the sweet garlic pork. Can't wait to try the coconut shrimp chowder! This is that rare cookbook that is both beautiful AND practical, and makes great use of New England staples.
