I'd say this book is invaluable for the daring, inquiring minds who want to know! Modern-day hunters, survivalists (or potential ones), those exiting city life for rural nuggets of wisdom, chefs-on-the-wild side, the curious, and just about anybody!

Probably the best book on this subject I've ever seen. The cover is a beautiful photo of the author in a field of wild flowers!
