Summary: FINALLY ! A cookbook with more than 1 or 2 good recipes!
Review: I love to cook and have lots of cookbooks. The problem is you usually get one or two really good recipes out of a cookbook and the rest seem to be page fillers. I have made 5 A+ meals out of 5 meals I've made from this book. The other great thing is the cookbook is honest when they say fast meals. The dinners are fast but they dont TASTE fast ! Very yummy. Taste great but easy to make. If you buy just one healthy cook book buy this one - you wont regret it.

All recipes include fat, calories, saturated fat, carbohtdrate, protein, cholesterol and sodium content. It's such a help for those watching their weight. The recipes inludes soups and stews, appetizers and side dishes, sautes and stir fries, broiled and grilled dishes, skillet and oven dishes, main-dish salads, pasta dishes and desserts. Every recipe I've made from this book is absolutely delicious! You don't even miss the fat.
