Summary: The Best Garlic Cookbook Anywhere
Review: I am a caterer and garlic lover. With my experience in the kitchen, I have to say that this book is the easiest cookbook to follow and it has excellent food. The meals actually taste great. Most cookbooks, have three or four really good recipes, but this garlic cookbook has over 80 fantastic easy to make meals, with extra garlic in every recipe. Garlic lover or not, you will love this book. The author's garlic story is cute too. The tid bit's are great. They actually work too. I eat garlic everyday now, and use the information in the tid bit's section and I do not smell like garlic anymore. The remedies REALLY WORK.

Review: This book is great. I bought this garlic cookbook and met the author at he same time. Not something that happens a lot in The Netherlands. I eat garlic two to three times a week because of the advice I recieved from the author. I reccomend this garlic cookbook for everyone, because if you do not like garlic, you can modify the amount you put in each recipe, although I use the extra garlic that the author uses. I also liked the garlic hat, it caught my attention,and when I went over to meet the author, he was so nice and had a great deal of information on garlic.
I hope to see him again, he is not only talented and a great self taught chef, but soooooo cute. I could eat him up!

It has very easy to follow recipes. The story is funny too and the tid bit's are useful.

Plus I met the author, while he was in Amsterdam and he is very cool and knows a great deal about garlic.
