Review: I really liked this book. I think that this book is very well organized. I was also impressed with how thorough the book is. There is a graph that shows you what crusts would taste good with different types of pies, ie for a Custard or Cream Pie the crusts that would be good are a Snickerdoodle Cookie Crust or a Buttery Crust or a Cream Cheese Pastry... There are so many delicious looking pictures it is hard to decide which pie to make. The recipies are easy to follow and uses easy to find ingredients. I made the Peanut Butter Pie and the Chocolate Silk Pie. They both were really good!
