Review: I was searching for ways to eat better and to become healthier. This book really presents an appetizing and easy way to change unhealthy eating habits. This is done through eating deliciously prepared raw foods, and using raw living honey instead of dead white sugar. The only drawback was the fact that this book is not presented well as far as no pictures of the foods and the type can be difficult on the eyes at times. Overall a wonderful book for those looking for an ideal nutritional eating plan.
