Review: I found this book in Florence, Italy. It is written by Italians and is wonderful. You can truly eat a different type of pasta every day of the year. There is more to pasta than Ragu and Prego, and this book shows you how to make authentic Italian recipes. Best of all, everything is easy. Taste buds differ, so be prepared to experiment with amounts. For best results, try to top the pasta off with real parmigiano or pecorino cheese. Finally, the book also recommends a wine to be served with the pasta. Enjoy and boun appetito!
