Summary: Yum! Yum! I'm Hungry!
Review: I lived in Thailand in the early 90's and this is one of the best Thai cooking books I've seen. There are so many dishes I haven't seen since I left Thailand, it made me homesick. I miss the food so! I miss Thailand too. Great cookbook with authentic food, not the American restaurant variety.

Then he breaks the cuisine down by regional variants. The photography is lush and beautiful, and the recipes are easy to prepare and delicious.
