Summary: Another great book for Keith Floyd
Review: I have made most of these recipes in this book and they are all without exception absolutely great!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Cooking the Floyd way is fun!
Review: In my view, Floyd is the man who taught a generation to cook; to cook properly, that is. His many television appearances have helped those who struggled with, in the case of this book, french and mediterranean food, thinking it either 'difficult' or 'too garlicky'. Cooking the Floyd way is fun! And if you find his television shows chaotic and manic, his books, though reflecting the man's enthousiasm, are easy to use and entirely correct in translating the recipes to paper. Pity we don't see him on the telly anymore; could anyone tell me what happened to his Scandinavian series?
