Review: If you're looking for easy to make, delicious vietnamese dishes, this is it. The recipes are easy to follow and the results are surprisingly good. Excellent book for those who like experimenting in their kitchen and who enjoy the taste of authentic vietnamese cuisine.

Review: This was my first Vietnamese cookbook. While it is not quite at the same level as Nicole Routhier's Foods of Vietnam, it is good. Try the Duck with Spicy Eggplant and the Crispy Snapper with Spicy Tomato Sauce (I would use more than one tomato, though).
