Review: This cookbook is the most authentic Lebanese cookbook my family and I have seen. My father who is from Lebanon and cooks quite often, says that the recipes are just like my grandmother's cooking! They are easy to follow taste perfect every time! After going through a few other cookbooks and being disappointed.. what a joy it was to have found this book! My family and I have prepared many wonderful dishes for family and friends and always look forward to sharing this book with them as we enjoy a wonderful feast!
