Review: If you are into Mexican cooking, you really need to own this book. This is not the usual taco or enchilada, rice and beans "Gringo" stuff. Very individualized and authentic recipes from deep in the heart of Mexico and beautiful illustrations make this a Mexican cookbook like none other I've seen. The food is outstanding and would be a real treat for your guests. This is gourmet caliber food but easy to prepare. You will need a Mexican market for some of the ingredients but it will be well worth the trip.
